Mina erfarenheter hoppas jag kan hjälpa andra. När min topp-100-lista var klar blev jag osäker. Var det verkligen "min" lista? Alla låtar var nog med, men var de i rätt ordning? Inte helt, kan jag konstatera. Det enda jag är riktigt nöjd med är min "etta" Where do you go to my lovely av Peter Sarstedt. Den har Johan S. gett en neslig 94:e plats. Min teknik var obefintlig. Skall man hantera ett så stort material måste man använda sig av en bättre teknik än den jag använde mig av. Så här gjorde jag:
1. Gick igenom hela min skivsamling och listade kandidater (ca 130 stycken) 2. Kompletterade med sådana låtar som av någon anledning inte ingår i min skivsamling (nr 9, 80 och 92) 3. Rangordnade dem genom att varje låt placerades in i förhållande till tidgare låtars inplacering (VARNING - MED DENNA TEKNIK KAN DET BLI MYCKET ELLER HELT FEL!!!) 4. När hela rangordningen var gjord okulärbesiktigade jag hela listan och gjorde små några korrigeringar 5. Färdigställde listan.
När jag begrundade listan fann jag att: 1. De flesta av mina favoritlåtar är gjorda av artister som äger en egen Söderhavsö 2. Jag är hmm mainstream...
